Hill Country Wine Tours by Pronto Andiamo: Pre- Trip Guidelines

Welcome! We’re thrilled to have you join us for a memorable journey through Texas Wine Country. Our goal is to deliver outstanding service and create an unforgettable experience. To help us achieve this, please review and follow these guidelines:

1. No Alcohol in the Vehicle
   For your safety and to comply with open container laws, we ask that you refrain from consuming alcohol while in the vehicle. There will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy a drink during our stops.
2. Enjoy Responsibly
   We want everyone to have an amazing time! Please remain courteous and respectful to your driver and to the staff at our partner wineries. Tipping is always appreciated; while cash is preferred, ask your driver about alternative payment options like Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App if needed.
3. Safety First
   If any member of your party becomes overly intoxicated or behaves disrespectfully, we may need to end the tour early for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Please note that early termination will not result in a refund. Remember, local establishments are required by law not to serve alcohol to intoxicated guests. There will be a $1000 fine for any bodily fluids in vehicles.
4. Keep It Clean
   To maintain the high standard of cleanliness in our vehicles, we ask that you do not bring food or drinks on board. We provide bottled water, and there are plenty of fantastic dining options along the wine trail to enjoy the local scenery.
5. Age and Pet Policy
   For liability reasons, we cannot accommodate any person’ under 21 or pets in our vehicles. We appreciate your understanding in helping us ensure a safe environment for all.
6. Payment

Full payment required for reservations.

1. Cancellation Policy
   Plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy:

Full refund outside 72 hours.
1/2 refund between 72 and 24 hours.
No refund within last 24 hours or no shows.
